We work hard to provide high quality legal services at a reasonable rate. Fees are based upon the type of representation. We require an initial retainer for most of our cases. (The amount of the retainer depends on the type of case.)
Currently, our fee structure is as follows:
Fixed Fee Rates: Certain matters may be completed with a fixed rate for legal services (exclusive of expenses on behalf of client) as follows:
Purchase or sale of residential home is completed at the fixed
rate of $450.00 if closing is held in Onondaga or Oswego counties.
If closing is held in any other contiguous county, the rate of $650
will apply. All others may not qualify for fixed rate. Ms. Baldwin can
let you know at the initial consultation if your matter qualifies for a
fixed rate.
"Basic" Wills with Power of Attorney, Healthcare Proxy/Living Will
are completed at the fixed rate of $450.00 for single/$650 for couple
Ms. Baldwin can let you know at the initial consultation and review
if your planning qualifies for this fixed rate.
Traffic tickets (without court appearance required) are completed
at the fixed rate of $275.00 per ticket. Ms. Baldwin can let you know at the initial consultation if your planning qualifies for this fixed rate.
All other matters: All other matters are completed at the hourly rate agreed upon in writing in advance of services being provided.
